Renew's information collection, dissemination, and use practices This policy applies to Renew's collection, usage, storage, and disclosure of information on its websites (including all of its divisions and subsidiaries, collectively referred to as "Websites") (a), and other third-party websites (b), and to Renew's information collection in general, such as the purchase of customer lists by third parties (c). Renew isn't responsible for the privacy or information gathering practices of other web sites and applications.
1. COLLECTION INFORMATION
Survey Information
Renew collects data from individuals in a variety of ways, including but not limited, by completing a survey, an order form or a registration page online or off-line, as well as by using online or offline surveys or order forms or registration pages run by third parties. As used in this document, "online" refers to using the Internet and related technologies. "Offline" includes other methods than online such as in person, by postal mail, or using cell phones and telephones. In the Surveys Renew or a Third Party (a "Third Party") can ask individuals to provide Renew with various information. This may include their name, email, street address and zip code, as well as their birth date, gender and salary range. Other information may also be requested, such as occupation, social insurance number, employment details, personal interests and online activities, etc. Renew can also obtain information about an individual from a third party and combine it with the information from this website. Individuals are not required to complete the Surveys and they do not have to give Survey Information to Renew. However, Renew may offer incentives to individuals who provide Survey Information.
Other Information
Renew may also obtain information about individuals when they (1) make a claim or redeem an incentive provided by Liv Pure, or a third-party, (2) request assistance from Renew's customer service, or (3) subscribe to a Liv Pure newsletter or service.
Cookies, web beacons, and other information collected using technology.
Renew uses web beacons and cookies to link certain Internet-related data about an individual to information in our database. In the future, Renew will also use new sources of technology information.
(a) Cookies.
Cookies are small amounts of data that Renew stores on the computer's hard drive. This allows Renew's database to match the data of an individual with the data of that individual. You may read more about cookies at http://cookiecentral.com. Users of websites must accept cookies to take advantage of all the website's features and functions.
Web Beacons (b)
Web beacons are a type of programming code which can be used for displaying an image on a website (using a programming function - see http://truste.org/ for more information), or to transfer the unique user identification of an individual (often as a cookie) into a database, and to associate that individual with information previously collected about them in the database. Renew can then track which websites an individual has visited online. Web beacons can be used to identify products or services that an individual might be interested in and track online behavior for marketing purposes. Renew, for example, might install a webbeacon on a website of a third-party seller where fishing products are available. Renew is notified by the web beacon when Bill, a person listed in Renew's database, visits a fishing website. Renew then updates Bill's profile to reflect that Bill has an interest in fishing. Bill may then be presented with offers for fishing-related products and services by Renew. Renew uses web beacons not only on its web pages but also in emails sent to people in Renew's database.
New Technology (c)
Renew's use and adoption of new technology, such as cookies and web beacons is also rapidly evolving. Renew encourages all individuals to review this policy periodically for any changes regarding the use of technology.
1.4 Outside Information.
Outside Information includes information from public databases, third parties and other sources.
1.5 Information about Individuals
Individual Information is defined as Survey Information, Third Party List Information, Technology Information, Outside Information, Other Information, and other information that Renew collects or receives.
No Information is Collected From Children.
Renew will not knowingly collect personal information on children under 13. Renew will immediately delete any personal information collected about children under 13 years old if it becomes aware of the fact. Renew does not have any such information because it doesn't collect them. Renew designed this policy to comply with Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
1.7 Information about Credit Cards
When an individual orders from Renew, Renew may collect certain information such as credit card numbers or expiration dates ("Credit Card Information"). Credit Card Information submitted to Renew is encrypted with SSL encryption software. Renew will only use Credit Card Information to process and complete the purchase. Credit Card Information is not disclosed to any third party unless it's necessary.
2. Use of Individual Information
2.1 Use of Information at Your Discretion.
The COMPANY may use individual information for any legal purpose at its sole discretion. Renew can change its current use of Individual Information at any time. As stated below, Renew may update its policy at any time. Renew may use Individual Information for promotional offers by email, telephone, direct mail, online banner advertising and package stuffers among other possible uses.
2.2 Email.
Renew may use Individual Information in order to send promotional emails to individuals. Renew can maintain different email lists for various purposes. To unsubscribe, email recipients must follow the instructions provided at the bottom of each message.
2.2.a) Content of email messages
Renew sends commercial emails that include the name of an advertiser in the "From" line. However, hitting the "Reply button" will result in a reply being sent to Renew. In Renew's email messages, the "Subject" line will often contain a message from an advertiser.
2.2(b) Solicited Email.
Renew will only send emails to people who have consented to receiving email from Renew on their website or on websites of third parties. Renew never sends unsolicited emails. Renew's emails do not comply with the laws that require certain formatting in unsolicited emails.
Targeted advertising.
Renew targets advertising to individuals using Individual Information. Renew associates an individual's Individual Information with Technology Information (see Section 2.5 below) when an individual uses the Internet. Renew then attempts to show advertising to the individual for products and services that the individual has indicated an interest through Technology Information or otherwise. Renew can, at its own discretion, use email, direct mailing, telephones and cell phones to target advertising.
Direct Mailing and Telemarketing
Renew uses Individual Information for direct or indirect advertising to individuals via direct mail or telemarketing, using telephones or cell phones.
Information Technology: Use and Information
Renew uses Technology Information in three ways: (1) to compare a person’s Survey Information, Third Party List Information, and other categories of Individual Information, to create and improve individual profiles; (2) to track an individual's Internet browsing habits, and (3) to determine the most popular areas of Renew's website. This information allows Renew to target advertisements and promotions to individuals based on their online habits.
2.6 Individual Profiles
Renew makes a profile based on Individual Information. Combining Survey Information, Third Party List Information and other sources of Individual Information like information from public databases can create a profile.
2.7 Individual Information Storage
Renew stores Individual Information on Renew computers in a database. Renew's computers are protected by security measures, such as firewalls, to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration information. Renew does not guarantee that its security will stop illegal access to Renew computers, or the theft or alteration of Individual Information.
3. DISEMINATION INDIVIDUAL INFO.
Sale or transfer to third parties.
Renew MAY TRANSFER OR SELL INDIVIDUAL DATA TO THIRD-PARTIES FOR ANY PURPOSES AT Renew's SOLE DISCRETION. Please send us an email if you don't want us to sell or transfer your personal information to third parties or use it to promote our products or services.
3.2 Order Fulfillment.
Renew may transfer Individual Information when it is necessary to deliver a product or service ordered by a user on Renew's web site or in response to Renew's offers.
3.3 Legal Process
Renew reserves the right to disclose Individual Information in response to subpoenas and court orders.
Summary Data
Renew can sell or transfer aggregated or anonymous information that does not identify any individual, such as information that summarizes or aggregates all individuals or subgroups of individuals.
3.5 Access.
Individuals can access their collected Individual Information to make corrections, amendments, or deletions. Contact customer service by calling the number listed on the order page. Renew may grant access to the email address of an individual to advertising clients or email service providers to verify where the Individual Information was collected.
4. PRIVACY ACTIVITIES OF THIRD-PARTIES.
Advertiser cookies, web beacons and other technologies.
Advertisers who place ads on websites and the Internet in general may use their own technology, such as web beacons, cookies and other technologies, to gather information about individuals. Liv Pure has no control over Advertisers using such technology, and Renew is not responsible for such technology being used to collect information about individuals.
4.2 Links.
Hypertext links may be included in emails and on websites of third parties. Renew isn't responsible for the privacy policies or content of these other websites. Links to third-party websites may be found on linked web sites. These links are only provided as a convenience. Renew is not responsible for any of the information, software, services, or products available on these third-party websites. Inclusion of a hyperlink to a website does not imply endorsement of its services, site contents or sponsoring organization.
Affiliated companies
Renew reserves the right to disclose, transfer and sell Individual Information at its discretion.

Click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email to stop receiving messages from Renew.
